Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tbsp splenda brown sugar blend
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 beaten egg
    1 cup fat free buttermilk
    2 tbsp canola oil

Directions

combine dry ingredients
combine remaining ingredients
Mix all together
warm pan on medium heat
drop batter onto pan and cook approx 2 minutes per side.
