    1 cup Beans, red kidney,
    1 cup Beans, great northern
    1 cup Beans, navy
    1 lb Turkey (light meat), chopped into 1/2 inch dice
    1/4 cup Onions, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves chopped fine
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 can Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free
    Chili Powder
    Curry Powder
    Celery Salt
    White Pepper
    Garlic and Onion powders


Soak beans over night then put on to cook as per package directions. Saute onion, garlic and turkey till turkey just starts to brown. Add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan. Braise till the turkey is done and tender. Thicken with a slurry of corn starch and water. Drain the cooked beans and add the turkey. Adjust seasonings to taste - I like more curry in this - and enjoy.
