Introduction

Low fat, low sodium version of a family favorite. Low fat, low sodium version of a family favorite.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    16oz Turkey Breast, precooked and cubed
    1 can (14.5oz) Reduced Sodium, 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth
    3 cans Water
    1 1/2 cups Onion, chopped
    1 1/2 cups Celery, chopped
    1 1/2 cups Carrot, sliced
    1 can (14.5oz) Peeled and Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, undrained
    1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning
    1/2 package Whole Wheat Egg Noodles

Directions

In a dutch oven combine turkey, chicken broth, water, onion, celery, carrot, tomatoes, and seasoning.
Bring to boil, reduce to simmer and cook covered for 30 minutes.
Stir in egg noodles and cook covered an additional 20 minutes or until carrots are done,
Makes approximately 12 servings.
