    Laura's lean ground beef, 8%
    1/2 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup chopped peppers
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 6oz can tomato paste


Serves 8

Saute ground beef, peppers and onions until thoroughly cooked.
Put in large pot with other ingredients
Simmer for 1.5 hrs. on very low heat
