Ingredients

    Broccoli, frozen, 1.5 package (10 oz)
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices
    Cauliflower, frozen, cooked, .5 cup
    Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced
    Fresh Chives, 8 tbsp chopped
    Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 8 cup
    *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4"
    Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, cooked, .5 cup pieces
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed
    *Onion powder, 4 tbsp
    Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
    *Cumin seed, 1 tbsp
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
    *Brown Rice, medium grain, .5 cup

Directions

Throw all ingredients in crock pot except rice and cook for 8 to 10 hours. Cook rice and serve with rice
