    10 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken
    20 oz chicken breast
    8 oz mushroom, chopped
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 cup celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp butter
    2 (10 oz) can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    2 cup light sour cream
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika to taste


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook spaghetti using package directions. Cut chicken into bite size pieces, season to taste, and cook in large skillet, until no longer pink. Take chicken out and using same skillet saute onions, celery and mushrooms in butter. Add chicken, sour cream and soup, mix until blended, take of heat. Evenly distribute pasta between 2 8x8 baking dishes, pour chicken mixture between both dishes and top with cheese and paprika.

Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.

Freeze one dish for later.
