    3 cans black eyed peas
    5 cloves garlic
    1 lemon, juiced (watch out for seeds!)
    Dash salt
    1 Tb olive oil
    1/2 tsp ground cumin


Rinse and drain cans of black eyed peas. Reserve 1-2 tablespoons of peas for later. Throw remaining ingredients into food processor until well mixed. Put into serving dish and garnish with remianing peas. I like to stir them in, for added texture and to make the main ingredient a little more obvious.
