Ingredients

    1 can pillsbury recipe creations dough or pizza crust dough
    3 medium skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into cubes
    1/2 cup onions , chopped
    4 oz. can sliced black olives
    1/2 16 oz. jar mild peppers
    1/8 cup parmesan cheese
    1/8 cup mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup classic caesar dressing
    3 tbsp olive oil
    3 cloves garlic, chopped

Directions

* makes about 10 pcs
In a medium skillet over medium heat, saute onions in olive oil. Add chicken, olives, and garlic. Take the mild peppers and cut them into small pieces and add to the skillet.
While chicken is browning, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Take the dough and spread it out onto the cookie sheet. You can use either a can of pizza crust dough, or a can of the recipe creations dough by pillsbury. I've tried both and i prefer the recipe creations dough. it's comes out flakier and lighter. Take the dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to stretch it out a little and put it on the cookie sheet.
After chicken is brown, add the parmesan and caesar dressing. Mix thoroughly and allow to cook for about 5 more minutes.
Take the chicken mixture and put it into the center of the dough . Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Take the edges of the dough and turn them into the middle. If it doesn't quite meet, that's ok. Bake it for about 20-25 minutes. After it cools take a pizza cutter and slice it down the middle; slice the other way 4 times to make 10 pieces. Enjoy!
