    Ground beef, lean, 32 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium chopped
    Garlic, pinch of dried
    Mushrooms, canned, 4 oz
    Pepper, black, .25 tsp
    Beef broth, 1 can
    Tomato Paste, 6 oz
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, .2 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Brown beef, add onion, garlic and saute til onion is transparent, drain if necessary. Put all except sour cream in crock, stir well. Cook on low 5-6 hours, add sour cream last hour with lid removed.
Serve over braod noodles. (not included in recipe calculation.)
