    1 cup flour
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/4 cup butter
    1 egg
    1 & 3 tblspoon mashed banana
    1/4 & 2 tblspoon brown sugar


Mix the dry ingredients together

In separate bowl, cream butter and brown sugar. Add in bananas and egg. Combine with dry ingredients.

Place in muffin tins (makes 12 to 18 muffins) depending on size desired. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes.
