Sweet and festive. Can be used as a beautiful salad for Thanksgiving or Christmas.

Ingredients

    1 6oz package Strawberry Jello
    1 20oz can crushed pineapple
    1 8oz. package softened cream cheese
    1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 12oz can evaporated milk

Directions

Combine jello and pineapple in heavy saucepan. Heat on low until jello dissolved. Stir in softened cream cheese until blended. Wire whisk may be needed. Remove from heat. Stir in cranberry sauce. Chill until starts to thicken. Blend in evaporated milk. Stir in with spoon and por into mold, flat dish or bowl. Chill overnight.
