    2 Cups Rolled Oats
    4 Tbsp Flax Seed
    1/2-Cup Sugar-free Syrup
    1/3-Cup Craisins
    1/3-Cup Chopped Dates


Mix Oats and Flax Seed with Syrup.
Combine with Craisins and Dates
Spread evenly on cookie sheet sprayed lightly with no-stick spray.
Bake at 250-degrees for 1-hour, or until toasted.
When cool, store in air-tight container.
