    2 cups diced cooked chicken
    8 ounces grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 ounces cucumber, diced, about 1/2 medium
    1-2 green onions, sliced, or 2 tablespoons chopped chives
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 teaspoon dill, or to taste
    1/2 teaspoon pepper, or to taste
    Salt, to taste
    2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, optional


Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces. Mix all of the ingredients and chill several hours before serving.
