    1 TBLSP LIGHT MARGARINE
    1/2 CUP GRATED ROMANO CHEESE
    1 JAR NO SUGAR ADDED SAUCE

Directions

LAY MEAT OUT FLAT RUB WITH SALT AND PEPPER SPRINKLE GARLIC EVENLY OVER MEAT THEN PARSLEY ONION AND CHEESE START AT LONG END AND ROLL UP TIE WITH STRING 1 INCH APART

IN LARGE SAUCE PAN HEAT OIL AND BUTTER TOGETHER ADD ROLLED MEAT AND BROWN ON ALL SIDES LOWER THE HEAT AND ADD THE SAUCE STIR COVER AND SIMMER 1 1/2 HOURS OR UNTIL TENDER

EVERY SO OFTEN GIVE PAN A SHAKE AND TURN MEAT IF NEEDED

REMOVE MEAT LET REST 5-10 MINUTES THEN REMOVE STRING AND SLICE SERVE WITH SAUCE ON TOP
