    1 Tblspn Classic Basil, Pinenut and Cheese Pesto,
    1 cup Couscous (dry
    1 Tblspn chopped fresh Parsley
    1 Tblspn chopped fresh Basil
    1/4 Tsp Oregano, ground
    1/2 Tblspn Low fat Butter Spread
    1 cup boiling water


Mix together the couscous and boiling water and cover until water is absorbed.

With a fork, fluff up the couscous. Mix in all other ingredients and serve.
