    1 c. warm water (110 degrees F)
    2 eggs, room temperature
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    4 1/2 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 1/2 tsp. yeast
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    1 - 3 oz package cream cheese
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/8 tsp salt


In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix in sugar, butter, salt and eggs. Using dough hook, add flour and mix well. Knead dough into large ball using hands dusted lightly with flour. Put in bowl, cover and let rise in warm place approx. 1 hour or until dough is doubled in size. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. Roll dough into a 16 x 21 inch rectangle. In small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Spread dough with 1/3 c. butter and sprinkle evenly with sugar/cinnamon mix. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Cover and let rise until double (about 30 min.). Preheat oven 400 degrees F. Bake rolls 15 min. or until golden brown. Beat together frosting ingredients. Spread on warm rolls before serving.
