    1 c vital wheat gluten
    1 c water

    3 T Poultry seasoning
    3 c water


Mix 1 c gluten with 1 c water
cut or pull into 1-in pieces

Bring seasoning and 3 c water to a boil
Reduce heat

Add gluten
cook 30-45 minutes.....DO NOT BOIL

If you boil - the gluten becomes air filled and spongy.
