Quick and easy single pan dinner. For the family. Quick and easy single pan dinner. For the family.
Number of Servings: 6


    Ground beef
    onion, diced
    canned mixed vegetables & canned green beans
    biscuit mix (I use Jiffy)


Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Melt 1T of butter in pan, then add diced onion. Saute until the onion starts to become translucent. Add ground beef and seasonings. After beef is just browned, add vegetables and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat.

In bowl, mix biscuit mix and milk until just combined. Drop in spoonfuls on top on skillet mixture and put in 425 degree oven.

Bake until biscuit layer is golden. Remove from oven and cool for about 5-10 minutes, slice like a pie and serve. 6 servings.
