Ingredients

    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 8 tbsp
    Robin Hood Quick Oats 1/3c-40g, 8 gram(s)
    Robin Hood Multograin 3tbsp-30 g, 51 gram(s)
    PC Grapeseed Oil 2tsp-10 ml, 6 tsp
    Salt, .125 tsp
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp
    Water, tap, .33 cup (8 fl oz)

    Makes 8 x 28 g tortillas



Directions

Mis flour, salt and baking powder withyour hand.
Work oil into flour mixture until crumbly.
Add warm water and let rest 5 minutes.
Take a small portion and pat it in a ball. Roll flat like pie crust on a cutting board.
On a VERY hot pan, cook until bubbles form. Flip and cook until raised bubbles are dark brown. Thesse will cook very fast. Watch for burning!
