    250 g Sugar beans
    1 ½ tablespoon Cornflour
    1 ½ tablespoon Vinegar
    2 sachets Sweetener powder
    Salt and Pepper, to taste


Soak beans overnight.
Drain and boil until tender.
Combine cornflour, sweetener and vinegar to form a smooth paste.
Add to the beans and simmer until mixture starts to thicken.
Add chillies, salt and pepper.
Can be served hot or cold.
