Talapia or Orange Roughy, Fresh or frozen (Sam's Club or Costco works great!)
    Herbs: Rosemary, Basil, Oregano
    Fresh Lemons
    Pico De Gallo
Fat Free or Reduced Fat Feta Cheese (optional)

This is a low carb, low fat, High Protein option for dinner.

If for lunch you can add in some cooked brown rice, OR use a whole wheat, low fat tortilla instead of the cabbage.

nutritional data is without the added rice or tortilla. and is with Orange Roughy as this site didn't have Talapia on it, how strange!

Grill or Bake 4 pieces of talapia or Orange Roughy fish, seasoned with dill weed, lemon pepper herbs, garlic, and rosemary (all or any combination of these herbs). Each fish should be cut into about 4 oblong pieces.

In a wok sprayed with Non-Fat cooking spray or a little bit of olive oil, cook the following veggies:

-Package of pre sliced Mushrooms
-Capers-Maybe 2 Tablespoons, use your discretion
-asparagus-about 6 spheres
-celery-about 3 or 4 stalks

Add chili powder if you like it spicey.

Use some of the juice from the caper jar if need extra juices. Can also add a little bit of apple cidar vinegar and/or lemon juice.

Add in some herbs such as basil, oregano or rosemary, depending on what seasonings you added when preparing the fish.

Take a Head of Cabbage, cut into half, and use the outer leaves as the wrap or "cup"

Fill as many cups as desired with the above prepared fish and veggie mixture. Top with:

Pico De Gallo/Salsa
Squeeze Fresh Lemon
Sprinkle Fat Free Feta Cheese

Roll up like a Taco and enjoy!

Makes about 6 cabbage wrap servings with all these ingredients.

Number of Servings: 6
