    1 pkg Boca Italian Sausage, or other veggie/soy sausage
    2 Cups Chopped Onions
    1 Cup Chopped Celery (including leaves)
    5 Cups Chicken Broth made with Bouillon
    2 Tbs Country Crock with Calcuim
    20 Slices Sara Lee Delightful Wheat Bread-dried and Cubed (should have 10 cups)
    2 tsp rubbed sage
    1 tsp marjoram
    1/3 cup fresh parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
    Pam Olive Oil Spray
    Mrs. Dash Table Blend


1. Cut up Bread into cubes. Place in baking dish and spray with olive oil Pam. Sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Toast in oven.

2. Cook Sausage according to package directions.

3. Cook onion and celery in skillet with Pam until tender.

4. Combine Sausage, cooked vegetables, sage, marjoram, bread cubes and parsley in a large bowl. Mix well. Stir in chicken broth to moisten. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Place in greased (Pam) baking dish (13X9X2), dot with margarine and bake covered 40-60 minutes at 350.

6. Uncover and bake additional 10-20 minutes or until browned.

Makes about 12 cups.
