Introduction

A delicious & healthy dip, great for parties or just having around the house! Dip also goes great as a sandwich spread. A delicious & healthy dip, great for parties or just having around the house! Dip also goes great as a sandwich spread.

Ingredients

    * *Daisy Light Sour Cream, 1 16-oz container
    * Jalapeno Peppers, 5 pepper
    * 1 bunch Cilantro, raw
    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 tsp
    * 1 medium-size ripe avocado

Directions

1. Roast jalapenos over an open flame (BBQ grill, gas stovetop) or in an oven (400 degrees till blistered), set aside to cool.

2. Remove the skin & pit of the avocado, slice into 4 pieces and add to food processor, followed by garlic, cilantro (unleafy bottom stem portion removed).

3. Remove seeds & charred skin from jalapenos & add to food processor, then cover with sour cream.

4. Blend until smooth, add salt & pepper to taste.

5. Serve cold with chips or veggies. Enjoy!
