Ingredients

    1 tb oil, canola
    12 oz pork, lean boneless
    2 medium apples, sliced
    1/2 cup vegetable broth or cider
    1 tb sugar, brown
    2 tb vinegar, cider
    2 tsp cornstarch
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and brown on all sides. Add the apple slices and saute for 3 minutes. Add the broth or cider, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes

2. Mix the other ingredients together with 2 tb water and add to the skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens.
