    1/2 Lb of uncooked orzo
    2 tablespoons of butter
    1 cup feta cheese crumbles
    handful of parsley leaves, chopped
    1/2 pint (1 cup) grape tomatoes, halved
    freshly ground black pepper


Makes 4 servings as a warm side dish

Heat water in large sauce pot, bring to boil, add pasta, cook to al dente, drain water

Add butter and feta while still hot, combine by stirring.

Add parsley and tomatoes, season with pepper
