A yummy warm soup. A yummy warm soup.

    4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 green onions, chopped
    1/4 tsp white pepper
    salt to taste (about two dashes)
    3 drops sesame oil (this is a powerful oil, use sparingly)


Bring broth to a boil, add pepper, salt and oil. Cook for a minute. Very slowly, pour in egg, in a steady stream while stirring rapidly in a clockwise direction for one minute. Add onion and serve.

If desired, top with crunchy Asian noodles (not included in nutrition breakdown)

Makes about 4 one-cup servings.
