Ingredients

    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia) (remove)
    Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 6 medium (remove)
    *Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 0.4 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)

Directions

Heat oil on medium flame. Add sliced onions and fry for 5 min followed by washed cauliflower florets and stir fry for 5-6 min. Add salt, cumin and pepper. Then add broccoli- 3 min. Lastly add sliced mushrooms and sliced pepper. Stir fry for 5 min.
To be eaten as such or with omeletes etc.
