Ingredients

    Marinade
    * Soy sauce (tamari), 8 tbsp
    * Pineapple Juice, 1 cup
    * Brown Sugar, .25 cup
    * Garlic powder, .125 tsp
    * *Onion powder, 1 tsp
    * Ginger, ground, .25 tsp
    * Lemon juice, 1.5 tbsp

    Kabobs
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1.5 cup, strips
    * Pineapple, fresh, 6 slice (3-1/2" dia x 3/4" thick)
    * Onions, raw, 1 small
    * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 12 cherry
    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed

Directions

Combine ingredients for marinade and marinade chicken over night:

Cook 10 to 15 min on grill or 14 to 16 min under broiler.
