    Whole Wheat Flour
    Whey Protein Powder
    Ground Flaxseed
    Egg white
    Pumpkin puree
    Canola Oil
    Vanilla extract
    Nuts optional


Makes 12 muffins.

Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin pan with paper muffin liners.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, whey protein powder, flaxseeds, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, stevia, and glucomannan.

Add the egg whites, egg, pumpkin, applesauce, oil, and vanilla extract. *Optional: fold in 1/2 C crushed walnuts and almonds.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake for 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
