    * Water, tap, 12 cup
    * Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    * Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated
    * Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced
    * Turkey (light meat), 3 cup, chopped
    * Turkey (dark meat), 1 cup, chopped
    * Chicken bouillon, 2 cubes
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Corn Starch, .125 cup (2T)
    * Egg Noodles, enriched, 4 oz dry (2.5 C)

Put water in big kettle. Add bouillon cubes and veggies. Cook for 20 min. Scoop out about 1/4 c. water in very small dish or cup and let cool. While this is cooking, cut up the chicken. Add it to the water and veggies. Cook for another 10 minutes. Add noodles. After adding noodles take the 1/4 c water on reserve and add the corn starch to it. Stir well and then stir into soup on stove. This acts as a thickener.

This will make 12 servings of 1 cup each. 2 cups will fill most people quite well!
