    brown sugar
    hard margarine
    custard powder
    vanilla extract


add to med sauce pan
water ,margarine, brown sugar and vanilla bring to a boil
mix custard powder with a little water to consistancy of honey then add to boiling mixture stirring constantly until thickened
serve over carrot pudding or on warm cake
