Ingredients

    8 oz Elbow Macaroni
    2 Cup Cottage Cheese (2%)
    1 cup sour cream
    1 Egg, beaten
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (save half for top of casserole)
    Salt
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Mix together, put in 8 x 8 pan. Top with 3/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
Bake @ 400 degrees til done
