Ingredients

    Raw Green Mung (whole) - 0.5 cup, 2 serving (remove)
    Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
    Besan - 1 cup, 0.5 serving (remove)
    Moong Dal Flour - 1 cup, 0.5 serving (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)

Directions

Soak mung dal for 24 hrs. Drain and allow to sprout in a dark place for overnight to 24 hrs.
Soak sprouts in water for 1 hr, drain and grind with least amount of water along with ginger, spinach and green chillies.
Add the flours and necessary amount of water, chopped onions and make pancakes.
