    4 cups rolled oats
    1/4 cup wheat bran
    1/3 cup maple syrup
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp almond extract
    12 cup sliced almonds
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    1/2 cup chopped dried pears or apples
    1/4 cup chopped dates
    2 TBSP chopped crystallized ginger


preheat oven to 325. combine the oats,bran, on a large baking sheet. in a small pan over medium heat, stir in the canola oil, maple syrup, and vanilla and almond extracts. When mixture begins to bubble, pour it over the oat mixture and mix well. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir and bake another 10 min. Halfway through add pears, cranberries, dates, and ginger. Bake 5 mor minutes. Remove from the oven and stir. Let cool
store in an air tight container. Serves 6- 1-cup servings or 24 1/4 cup servings. got from the best life diet. I love it
