    Beef Stew Meat, 16 oz (as lean as you can find)
    Fat Free Sour Cream , 1/2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 small, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves, chopped or pressed
    Kraft 2% Mexican Four Cheese shredded, 1 cup
    French's Worchestershire Sauce, 3 TBS
    *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Water, 1 cup (plus some to cook meat in)


Preheat oven to 350
Brown Stew Meat in a pan with a little water (season with desired seasonings). Add additional water as needed to cook through. Add Onion & Garlic with a little more water and cook until onions are translucent.
Mix Worcestershire Sauce in with steak mixture, add sour cream and cheese. Stir to combine.
Mix Bisquick and water to form a dough (as if making drop biscuits). (add water gradually as needed for dough - you may not need to use the whole cup)
Pour steak mixture into Pyrex baking dish. Top with Bisquick mixture using spoonfuls.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes, or until Bisqick is cooked through and golden brown.

Goes well with steamed or roasted veggies.

Makes 6 equal servings.
