    7 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 c. Splenda
    4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. ground clover

    Mix the above together in a large bowl.

    2 c. Egg Substitute
    2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    2 c. Pumpking or 4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 tbsp. orange peel

    Mix until well blended and add to the dry ingredients.

After blending the mixture, pour into muffin tins and bake at 350 until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
