    1 bag Wegmans Fresh Chopped Escarole
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 large clove garlic, peeled and minced
    1/4 cup vegetable stock
    1 can (15oz) Cannellini beans ( undrained)
    1 large bunch of red swiss chard washed and chopped ( about 5 cups)
    3/4 pound gound hot italian sausage


1. bring large pot of salted water to boil and then add eccarole and swiss chard. Blanch 1 minute. Drain. Gently squeeze out excess liguid.
2.Cook italian sausage, drain. Add Olive oil and garlic. Saute 1 minute, add greens, cook while stirring 1 minute. Add broth and beans. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes.
