Quick bread to make. Tastes great toasted & plain, with cream cheese, butter or jam. Quick bread to make. Tastes great toasted & plain, with cream cheese, butter or jam.

    450g Stone Ground Whole Wheat Flour
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    25g butter, softened
    4 Tbsp clear honey
    250mL milk


1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
2) Mix flour, baking soda, salt cinnamon & butter
3) Mix honey and milk. Add to flour mixture.
4) Shape bread onto baking sheet (rectangular, round, etc)
5) Cut 3 diagonal slashes across the top of the bread (1/2 in deep)
6) Bake the loaf for 25-30 minutes or until risen and lightly browned.
7) Transfer to a wire rack to cool.
