I'm also a fan. It's light and smooth and really helps the after dinner sweet tooth craving. (Found it on the Kraft foods website and wanted to add it to my daily nutrition.) Thanks for saving me the time to enter it in. - 4/25/09

I loved this recipe is low in calories and it tastes really great. You can change the flavour as well by purchasing different low-cal jello's. - 1/3/09

Thanks so much for commenting on the Yogurt Fluff recipe. I have enjoyed it for years and it has helped me stay on plan. I need to have dessert and feel like I'm living large or I get that deprived "why me" mind set. Send me the link to your Spark Page and I'll send you a Goodie! Rhonda W.

This is what we needed. Desserts that are good but low enough in calories so we can eat them without feeling guilty. - 5/3/09
