These are super good and are packed full of protein! These are super good and are packed full of protein!
Number of Servings: 3


    1 Cup Oats (I use Quaker Old Fashioned)
    6 Egg Whites
    1 Cup Cottage Cheese (Fat Free)
    1/4 tsp. Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
    2 packet Equal


Take all ingredients and mix together in blender until smooth. Then cook like a pancake, on griddle or skillet until lightly browned on each side. I use a little cooking spray to keep them from sticking and eat with sugar free syrup. This recipe makes about 6 pancakes using 1/4 cup batter at a time.
