Ingredients

    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    *Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 1 cup
    *Dole Pineapple Chunks in 100% Pineapple juice No Sugar Added, 16 pieces
    Walnuts, 2 oz (14 halves)
    Canola Oil, 2 tbsp
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Baking Powder, 2 tbsp

Directions

Combine ingredients except pineapple, pour and evenly distribute in large baking pan. Put the 16 pineapple pieces evenly accross top, so when you slice it, there is 1 pineapple piece per slice. Bake until fork comes out clean.
