    1/2 cup canned pineapple chunks in juice
    2 Tbsp juice from can
    1/4 cup non-fat cottage cheese
    1 cup non-fat, plain yogurt
    1 tsp honey
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Great recipe if you have a Magic Bullet or other single server blender... blend right in the drinking cups.
