Ingredients

    1 shredded chicken breast
    1 small can mushrooms - chopped
    1/4 cupp shredded carrots
    1/4 chopped onion
    16 oz. bag shredded cabbage
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    3 tbsp chicken broth
    I package egg roll wrappers

Directions

Spray baking pan with cooking spray - plave egg rolls on pan
Heat oven to 400
Cook egg rolls 7 minutes - turn and cook 7 minutes more until goldne brown
