Better way to have a baked potato, turn the potato into a meal! Better way to have a baked potato, turn the potato into a meal!
Number of Servings: 6


    Baked Potatoes (You should do this ahead of time, or quick prep in the microwave)/
    1 pound of ground turkey
    a 25 oz can of Hormel Chili without beans (approx 2.90 cups)
    and 4 oz of extra sharp cheddar cheese.


Remember baked potatoes should be done, or if doing in the oven, start about 20 minutes from the potatoes being done.

•First put the turkey in a pan and beging to cook over MED-HIGH heat for about 5 minutes.
•Next add the Hormel Chili and stir it all up. Reduce heat to MED and stir occasionally.
• During this time shred the 4 oz of cheese to sprinkle on after wards.
•For the last 2 minutes reduce heat to LOW-MED and let the flavor develop.
• cut open the potatoes and add the turkey chili, remember this is six servings!
