    2 cups water
    2 cup beef stock
    2 tbsp whole wheat flour
    1 salt
    1 Pepper


1. mix together water and beef stock, bring to boil.
2. make paste with flour, salt, pepper and water
3. add slowly into stock, stirring constantly to avoid lumps
