Introduction

Warm and filling- great for a cold winter day! Warm and filling- great for a cold winter day!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups dried lentils
    8 oz lamb, cut into 1/2" cubes
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 cup carrot, chopped
    1 cup celery, chopped (I like the leafy core)
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 package frozen spinach, water squeezed out
    1 tbls curry powder
    2 tbls chili powder
    1 bay leaf
    1tsp crushed rosemary
    1 tbls grill seasoning
    2 tbls peanut butter
    2 tbls apricot all fruit spread
    8 cups water

Directions

Throw everything in a crockpot and set on low. Cook for 6-8 hours. Dinner will be done when you get home!
