    1 pound of jumbo shrimp , peeled and deveined
    2 tablespoons of melted butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons of white wine, dry or semi-dry
    2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground pepper


Combine all ingredients and let stand at least 15 minutes. Grill until shrimp turns pink.
