Introduction

Ingredients

    3 cups shredded cabbage
    1 can (aprx 1 cup) waterchestnuts, drained
    1 can (aprx 1 cup) bamboo shoots, drained
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp cider or white vinegar
    1 tsp Splenda
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash
    1/4 cup water

Directions

Put water and cabbage into a nonstick skillet on medium high, let it steam for 3 minutes stirring frequently. Add vinegar, garlic, Mrs. Dash, and Splenda, mix thoroughly. Finally add waterchestnuts and bamboo shoots. Continue to cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
