    5 lbs Pork Meat (cubed)
    2 lbs Bryan Cocktail Smokies
    1 cup Season Blend
    1 small can Dawn's Mushroom Steak Sauce
    2 - 14 oz. cans of Beef Broth
    4 cups raw rice (LONG GRAIN)


In large pot brown pork meat. Once meat is brown add sausages and brown them also. Add water until meat is just covered. BRING TO A BOIL AND LET BOIL UNTIL ALL WATER IS GONE AND MEAT BEGINS TO FRY AGAIN.
Drain Grease!!!
Add Season Blend, raw rice, Mushroom steak sauce, and beef broth.
Bring back to a boil, LOWER HEAT AS LOW AS YOU CAN, cover and let cook for at least one hour. DO NOT REMOVE LID OF POT FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR. After 1 hour remove lid and stir. If there are still uncooked grains of rice cover again and let cook for 15-30 mins longer without opening the cover.
