Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Cabbage, 6 cups chopped
    Carrots, 1.5 cups chopped or use the coins
    Onions .5 chopped, add more if you like
    Apple, 1 small cored and chopped
    Tomatoes, 1 large can chopped with juice
    Tomatoes, 1 small can chopped with green chiles or jalapenos if you want something spicer with juice
    Water, use the large tomate can to get some water from the tap

Directions

1. Chop all veggies and apple and add them to your slow cooker and mix.
2. Pour the canned tomatoes with juices over the veggies. Add the water.
3. Add the curry paste and mix into the tomatoes.
4. Set to high and leave for 4 hours.
5. Makes 8 - 1 cup servings. at 77 calories, 2.5 fat grams and 4.4 grams of fiber. Nice addition to a India meal or a main course.
